Luxury Villas Rental
A Prepared House on Arrival
Butler at the door, luggage already upstairs, the pool warmed, and lunch on the terrace from a chef who set the menu a week ahead.
Off-Market Villa Access
Most of our offer never appears in open booking or on aggregators — villas held by private owners and family offices, reached through direct contacts.
Villas We Know in Person
Our Cannes office inspects Riviera villas, and regional partners do the same in Tuscany, the Balearics, Provence, and the mountains — never from photos alone.
One Concierge for the Week
One contact arranges the villa and staff, meets you on transfer, adjusts the menu for allergies, and books the table — not the villa, event agency, and chauffeur separately.

Curated Stays & Landmark Residences
Access signature suites, historic palazzos, and private cliffside villas unavailable through open booking platforms. Complete itinerary management, preferred privileges, and discretion.

How to Book a Villa with SOLO.CONCIERGE?
One concierge from first enquiry to departure — the villa, staff, transfers, events, and restaurant tables in a single arrangement, with no parallel contracts.
Prime Destinations at a Glance
The core market is France and the Mediterranean, with a handful of seasonal and year-round destinations at the same level of fleet and staff. In high season, a luxury villa on the French coast goes long before the window opens, so July–August dates are fixed well ahead:
Luxury Villa Rental — Private Residences & Staffed Estates
A luxury villa rental through SOLO.CONCIERGE is a prepared house, an assembled staff, and a concierge who holds the week's schedule. The gate opens by your car's plate, a butler meets you with a cold rosé, the luggage is already going up to the bedrooms, and lunch is laid on the terrace — the chef set the menu a week before arrival and the produce was bought that morning at the market. Housekeeping has worked through a checklist, the children's room is ready, the pool is warmed, and the week ahead runs on your own rhythm.
Property Types
The luxury segment is not uniform; a category of property is matched to the scenario of the trip:
- Coastal villas: the Côte d'Azur, Balearics, Costa Smeralda, Amalfi, Mykonos, and Ibiza — a villa with a pool, direct water access, or a private path to the beach.
- Mountain chalets and lodges: Courchevel, Méribel, Val d'Isère, Megève, Gstaad, St. Moritz, Aspen, and Whistler — here a chalet means a fully staffed villa, ski-in / ski-out, with spa.
- Estates of 5+ hectares: Provence, Tuscany, Andalusia, and English country estates — for family trips of 10+ guests, weddings, and multigenerational gatherings.
- Historic residences: châteaux in France, palazzi in Italy, and monasterios in Spain — for themed weekends, receptions, and shoots.
- Off-market properties: villas absent from open booking and aggregator sites, reached only through a circle of brokers and advisors — the larger part of our luxury offer.
Service Levels
The staff format is set by the guest composition and the style of the week:
- Fully staffed villa: full staff — day housekeeping, a private chef, a butler or host, a concierge, and security — usually 4–8 people, up to 12 on properties of 1,000+ m² with large grounds.
- Flexible format: partial staff, usually a chef plus housekeeping and sometimes a butler — a popular choice for families used to a more intimate household.
- Self-catering: no on-site staff — cleaning between stays, a welcome pack, and remote concierge support, for guests who want maximum privacy.
What's Included and What's Charged Separately
A welcome pack on arrival — mineral water, wine and champagne, fresh bread, local cheeses and fruit, and milk and baby food by preference sheet for families with children — is standard, and most villas include the chef's first lunch or dinner, cleaning through the week, and a concierge consultation on the week's route (restaurants, excursions, day charter, transfers). Charged separately are a private chef for all days (if not in the standard), extra staff for a reception, a higher service level, additional housekeeping off-schedule, cars with a driver, and further concierge requests. Electricity, water, and gas are usually in the rate, with exceptions set out in the contract.
Seasonality & Minimum Stay
High season on the French Riviera and the Italian coast is July–August; on Ibiza and in Saint-Tropez the window widens into June and the first half of September. In high season the minimum stay on top properties is a week, Saturday to Saturday, and entering on in-between dates is generally not possible. In shoulder season (May–June, the second half of September, October) and low season the terms soften — the minimum often drops to 3–4 nights with flexible arrival days. In mountain chalets, high season is the Christmas holidays, the French February school holidays (semaine blanche), and Easter.
Privacy
Most luxury properties sit in a gated community or on fenced grounds with a private entrance, 24/7 security, and video surveillance. Villa staff in our pool work with returning clients for years and are trained in discreet service — guests are not discussed, on the property or off it. An NDA is signed on request, standard practice for families who would rather their trips stayed out of the open, and the client's private protection is coordinated separately to work alongside the villa.
Events on the Property
Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate receptions — the villa works as a full-cycle venue, and our event team arranges everything needed on the grounds: catering to the concept of the evening (a Michelin chef, a restaurant pop-up, a barbecue from a partner butcher), floral styling, a decorator, musicians and a DJ, sound and light, a wedding planner, a photographer and videographer, and guest artists. Transport logistics connect to this — guest transfers from the airport to the villa, parking and a VIP corridor, and coordination with a yacht or helicopter. The format is built around the specific villa and its limits on sound, capacity, and municipal rules: some properties take up to 200 guests, others only intimate receptions of up to 20.
Who the Service Is For
- A one- or two-week family holiday with a large group — parents, children, grandparents, friends — where privacy and a shared house matter more than hotel rooms.
- Multigenerational and anniversary trips, weddings, and family celebrations.
- Corporate off-sites — a top team for 3–5 days with dinners and working sessions on the property.
- Event weeks — the Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Lions, amfAR Gala — where a private house near the event zone beats a hotel.
- Winter holidays in Courchevel, Megève, or Gstaad, with a chef, ski-in / ski-out, and spa.
- Guests who want a private house for the holiday in a closed format, away from hotel publicity and without neighbours.
Why Choose SOLO.CONCIERGE
We know the properties in our pool personally: our Cannes office regularly inspects the Côte d'Azur villas, and regional partners do the same in Tuscany, the Balearics, Provence, and the mountains. We do not work with villas we have only seen in photos — before a property is confirmed, the client receives fresh interior and grounds photos, this season's staff, previous guests' feedback, and the quirks of the house that descriptions usually leave out. A large part of the offer is off-market, reached through direct contacts with family offices and owners; such villas are not indexed in open databases and pass from hand to hand within a narrow circle of advisors, which is why our pool holds properties with stable staff season after season — the same butlers, chefs, and housekeeping returning to regular guests. One SOLO.CONCIERGE concierge runs the whole week: they confirmed the villa and staff, met the guests on transfer, changed the evening menu for allergies, added an event for a birthday, booked a table at La Vague d'Or, and arranged a private tour of the Fondation Maeght — the client deals with one contact on our side, not the villa, event agency, and chauffeur company separately.
