Alpine Transfers: Car & Helicopter from Geneva
Off the Plane, Into a Ready Car
You step off the jet and into a prepared car or helicopter with no pauses — not a separate taxi ride from the airport to the resort.
Part of One Ski Package
The transfer runs in one package with the chalet, chef, and instructor — so the driver knows which chalet, and housekeeping knows your arrival time.
Priority Heli-Pad Slots
We work with operators holding dedicated slots at Courchevel, Méribel, and Val d'Isère — which matters in high season when public slots are closed.
A Plan B for Delays
The driver tracks your flight in real time; a serious delay or closure triggers plan B — an alternative airport, a car to the rebase, or a switch to helicopter.

The Alpine Transfer Fleet
Step off the plane and into a prepared car or helicopter with no pauses. Cars and helicopters for every group size, winter tyres and priority heli-pad slots as standard, coordinated with the rest of your ski programme.

The Alpine Transfer Fleet
Cars and helicopters for every group size, winter tyres and snow chains as standard — booked in one request with the rest of the ski programme.
Mercedes S-Class Maybach or BMW 7 Series for 2–3 guests with hand luggage — for a couple's short transfer or a business visit.
A minivan for 6–7 guests with full ski luggage — the base family format, with child seats and boosters fitted in advance.
Range Rover Autobiography or Mercedes G-Class — full drive, winter tyres, large luggage bay, better for a long route in difficult weather.
Cadillac Escalade and extended SUVs for eight-plus passengers, and a second escort vehicle for large families or private security.
Airbus H125 and the quieter H130 — five seats, hand luggage and moderate ski luggage, the base choice for a fast family transfer.
AgustaWestland AW139 and Sikorsky S-76 for 6–8 passengers with luggage, a separate ski hold, and a leather cabin for longer routes.
A helicopter straight to the chalet where municipal rules allow — most of Le Jardin Alpin and Bellecôte in Courchevel — or a short ground link elsewhere.
A second escort vehicle and discreet personal protection coordinated with the transfer for clients who need it.
Your Transfer, Perfectly Orchestrated
From the moment the jet lands to the butler at the chalet door — no public pauses, coordinated with housekeeping in advance.
Meet & Greet
Our staff meets the family at the terminal exit or VIP area with a name sign (no public surname for private clients) and sees them through border and customs.
Into a Prepared Vehicle
Luggage coordinated to the car; inside, San Pellegrino and Evian, Ruinart or Krug, fresh fruit, wi-fi, chargers, child seats to age, and warm blankets.
The Drive or Flight
By car on winter tyres with a driver who knows the mountain roads, or by helicopter from a heli-pad at the airport, straight on from the private jet.
Arrival at the Chalet
A direct chalet drop-off where rules allow, or a short ground link from the nearest pad, with the butler meeting you at the door.
How to Book a Transfer with SOLO.CONCIERGE?
Any route booked in one request — a flight change, an added guest mid-week, or a return to a different airport all go through the same person.
Alpine Transfers — Car & Helicopter from Geneva to Courchevel and Beyond
An alpine transfer through SOLO.CONCIERGE is a segment of the overall ski programme, assembled so the client steps off the plane and into a prepared car or helicopter with no pauses — not a separate ride from a taxi rank to the resort. A private jet lands in Geneva at 15:20; by 15:30 the family is down the steps to a Mercedes V-Class with two ski boxes on the roof, a driver who knows the chalet arrival schedule, and housekeeping already notified. By 18:00 the car is at the gate of a chalet in Courchevel 1850 and the butler is at the door.
What's Included in the Transfer
Meet & greet begins the moment the plane lands. Our staff meets the family at the terminal exit or VIP area with a name sign — no public surname for private clients — sees them through border and customs where needed, and coordinates luggage service to the car. As standard, the car carries San Pellegrino and Evian water, Ruinart or Krug champagne for the arrival date, fresh fruit, wi-fi, chargers for the main phone models, child seats and boosters to the children's ages, and warm blankets, with light catering on request for long routes. A helicopter transfer carries the same level of service: a staff member meets the group at the plane, takes them to the heli-pad, and coordinates boarding, with the ground transfer between the pad and the private jet or terminal part of the package, and a meet on the resort pad with a short ground link to the chalet or hotel.
The Force-Majeure Plan
A flight delay is routine in high season. Our driver tracks the aircraft status in real time and adjusts the pickup automatically, and reasonable waiting is included in the rate at no extra charge. The plan for a serious disruption:
- Serious delay: we reshuffle the next client's window if the pool allows, or send a reserve car.
- Cancelled flight or weather closure: a switch to an alternative airport (rerouting from Geneva to Chambéry or Lyon), a car to the rebase, and coordination with the chalet to delay check-in.
- Road closed on the A40 by snowfall: a switch to helicopter from the nearest pad, or an alternative route (via Annecy and Ugine instead of the A43).
- Night transfers: no surcharge for members; standard rate with a night supplement for one-off bookings, with pickups after 23:00 or before 06:00 agreed in advance.
Who the Service Is For
- Families flying to the Alps for a week with a large volume of luggage — skis, snowboards, children's equipment, and suitcases.
- Clients on private jets landing at GVA, CMF, or LYS who want to step out onto a heli-pad or into a prepared car with no public pauses.
- Guests on peak dates, when ordinary transport companies can't guarantee the pickup time or level of service.
- Corporate groups with several arrival flights in one day that need to be combined into one organised arrival.
- Regular clients travelling to the Alps several times a season who want steady service with dedicated drivers.
- One-off visits too — a short weekend at a Cheval Blanc or Badrutt's Palace chalet-hotel, a season event (Hahnenkamm, White Turf, Coupe du Monde), or a business meeting in the mountains.
Why Choose SOLO.CONCIERGE
A Geneva VIP transfer through us works in one package with all the client's other ski services — chalet, chef, instructor, helicopter, spa, event invitations. One advisor coordinates the schedule, so the driver knows which chalet to head for and who to hand the guests to on-site, and the chalet's housekeeping knows the exact arrival time. Our pool of cars and partner helicopter companies is assembled before each season, and we work with operators who hold aircraft at priority pads and have dedicated heli-pad slots in Courchevel, Méribel, and Val d'Isère — which matters in high season when communal slots are closed. A Courchevel airport transfer, a Geneva–Courchevel route, a Courchevel helicopter transfer, or any other route is booked in one request: the client gives the flight, date, and passenger and luggage details, and the advisor picks the best combination of transport, timing, and pickup point — and a flight change, an added guest mid-week, or a return transfer to a different airport all go through the same person.
