Luxury Ski Season: Turnkey Alpine Concierge
The Whole Week as One Project
Not a single chalet booking — a seasonal package of chef, instructors, chauffeur, spa, après-ski, and event access, built for one family.
Best Available Rate, No Markup
Chalets are booked at the direct operators' best available rate. We earn from partner programmes, so you pay the same price as a direct booking.
Chalets We've Seen Ourselves
Our Cannes office and partners in Geneva, Lyon, and Innsbruck inspect the fleet before each season — only properties with stable, proven staff.
One Advisor Across Resorts
Changing dates, adding guests, swapping an activity between ski days, or a route across resorts — all through one person who knows the family.

The Full Ski-Season Package
Built around the chalet and extending well beyond it — every block agreed with the family before arrival, so on-site there's only the living.
A catered chalet with butler, chef, housekeeping, and a chauffeur with a car for the stay — ski-in / ski-out or a short lift transfer.
Breakfasts, on-slope lunches when needed, and fine-dining dinners in the chalet — the menu built from a preference sheet in advance.
A private instructor for a full or half day, a dedicated one for the whole stay, plus off-piste programmes with a mountain guide.
A private jet to Chambéry or Sion, plus heli-skiing from the neighbouring valleys (Val d'Isère, La Plagne) for experienced skiers.
A chauffeur and car for the stay — Range Rover or Mercedes V-Class on winter tyres — from Geneva, Chambéry, Salzburg, or Milan.
Spa in the chalet or access to the closed wellness programmes of Cheval Blanc, K2 Palace, and The Alpina.
Discreet personal protection coordinated around the chalet and the family's movements, on request.
Tables at La Folie Douce and Michelin restaurants, plus boxes and receptions around Hahnenkamm, White Turf, and the Coupe du Monde.
Your Alpine Week, Perfectly Orchestrated
Every block agreed with the family before arrival, so on-site there's only the living — run by one advisor from the airport to the last evening.
Arrival & Alpine Transfer
A private jet to Chambéry or Sion and a chauffeured transfer from Geneva, Chambéry, Salzburg, or Milan — with a helicopter leg to the resort pad if needed.
Chalet & Package Ready
The chalet is fully staffed and the week's blocks are set — chef, instructors, chauffeur, spa, and restaurant tables all confirmed before you arrive.
Ski Days, Spa & Events
ESF Prestige classes, off-piste and heli-skiing, spa in the afternoon, dinner in the chalet, and a table at Le 1947 — adjusted day to day as you wish.
Discreet Departure
Luggage logistics and a smooth transfer onward — or, on a season route, the handover to the next resort, all through the same advisor.
How to Book a Ski Season with SOLO.CONCIERGE?
One advisor from first enquiry to departure — the chalet, chef, instructors, transfers, tables, and the children's block in a single document, with no parallel contracts.
Resorts at a Glance
We work with every key luxury resort in the Alps and a few beyond. A package can be one week in one chalet, or a route across resorts — Courchevel for Christmas, Gstaad for New Year, St. Moritz for White Turf:
Luxury Ski Season — Turnkey Alpine Concierge
A luxury ski holiday through SOLO.CONCIERGE comes together as a seasonal package — chef, instructors, chauffeur, spa, après-ski, and event access — built for one specific family rather than a single chalet booking. In Courchevel 1850, two instructors arrive at the door at nine: one for a day with the parents over the Vallée des Avals, one to take the younger son for his first hours of freeride, while the chauffeur drives a set of skis to the heli hangar in La Plagne for the father's afternoon. By six the chalet spa is warming, the chef has finished, and tomorrow's table at Le 1947 is confirmed.
What Ski-Season Concierge Is
An ordinary chalet rental gives the client a roof, staff, and skis at the door. Ski-season concierge covers the whole week in the mountains — from the airport to the last evening — as a single project with a dedicated advisor. The premium ski season in this format is assembled from several blocks:
- Catered chalet: a fully staffed chalet with butler, chef, housekeeping, and a chauffeur with a car for the stay, ski-in / ski-out or a short lift transfer, matched to the skiing level and group.
- Private chef: breakfasts, on-slope lunches when needed, and fine-dining dinners, with the menu built from a preference sheet in advance.
- Instructor: ESF Prestige as the base — a private instructor for a full or half day, a dedicated one for the whole period, plus off-piste programmes and heli-skiing for advanced skiers.
- Chauffeur: usually a Range Rover or Mercedes V-Class on winter tyres, for transfers to the lifts, restaurants, heli-pad, and neighbouring resorts.
- Spa and wellness: spa in the chalet or access to the closed programmes of Cheval Blanc, K2 Palace, and The Alpina.
- Après-ski reservations: tables at La Folie Douce, dinners at Michelin restaurants, and private bars in chalet-hotels.
- Season-event access: Hahnenkamm in Kitzbühel, White Turf in St. Moritz, the Coupe du Monde in Val d'Isère, the Snow Polo World Cup — invitations, boxes, and post-race receptions.
Every block is agreed with the family before arrival, so on-site there's only the living.
Target Groups
The package is built around the type of trip:
- Families with children: a fully staffed chalet with bedrooms for the younger generation, a nanny in the client's language, ESF children's ski school, a children's menu, and coordinated kids' and adults' schedules — the most frequent request for peak dates.
- Couples: an intimate chalet or a chalet-hotel suite (Le Cheval Blanc in Courchevel, The Alpina in Gstaad), romantic dinners, on-site spa, and a private instructor for two, with closed après-ski included.
- Corporate retreats: a chalet for 12–20 guests, team building on and off the slope, and evenings with business dinners and guest speakers — for end-of-year off-sites and strategy sessions.
- Groups of friends: a chalet with large shared space, après-ski reservations, heli-skiing and off-piste programmes, and nights at La Folie Douce and Le Cap Horn.
Complementary Services
The package is built around the chalet but usually extends beyond it. Alpine transfers from Geneva, Chambéry, Salzburg, or Milan are coordinated for the arrival and departure dates — a Mercedes V-Class on winter tyres with a driver experienced on mountain roads, and a helicopter transfer to the resort pad if needed — while a private jet to Chambéry (the nearest FBO to the French Alps) or Sion (for Verbier and Gstaad) is booked through our jet desk in one chain with the ski programme. Ski instruction connects at any level, from ESF children's classes to an off-piste guide and heli-skiing from the neighbouring valleys. Wellness and spa beyond the chalet include access to the closed programmes of the resort hotels, private trainer and physiotherapist consultations, and recovery programmes after intense ski days. A separate block is gala dinners and après-ski at the top restaurants — Le 1947, Le Kintessence, La Table du Kilimandjaro in Courchevel, Le Chalet du Golf in Megève, Ecco and Da Vittorio in St. Moritz — booked well ahead and held from the moment the chalet is confirmed. A children's concierge closes its own block: a nanny in the family's language, children's excursions (dog sledding, snow forts, catch-skiing), schedule coordination with the chef and chauffeur, and children's amenities in the chalet.
Who the Service Is For
- Clients arriving for a week or more in high season (Christmas, semaine blanche, the French February school holidays, Easter) who want a ready programme without parallel contracts.
- Those planning a VIP ski trip combining skiing, gastronomy, and the season's events — Hahnenkamm, White Turf, the Coupe du Monde.
- Clients combining several resorts in one trip who need one advisor to hold the logistics between locations.
- Large families or corporate groups needing a ski-in / ski-out property with full staff.
- Clients wanting a family-friendly package with a children's programme, a nanny, and a chef who knows a children's menu.
- Clients on short weekends in full-service chalet-hotels (Cheval Blanc, K2 Palace, The Alpina, Badrutt's Palace) who want luxury skiing without a week-long chalet package.
Why Choose SOLO.CONCIERGE
Our Cannes office and partners in Geneva, Lyon, and Innsbruck know the alpine chalet fleet personally: inspections run before each season, and the pool holds only properties with stable staff and a confirmed level of service. We don't book chalets we haven't seen with our own eyes, and we don't recommend properties where the chef or host has changed without our sign-off. The advisor holds the client's whole seasonal package — chalet, chef, instructors, chauffeur, helicopter, spa, tables, the children's block, and event invitations — and a change of dates, an added guest, or a swapped activity all go through one person who knows the family and the resort. Catered-chalet booking goes at the direct chalet operators' best available rate, with no intermediary markup — our earnings come from the chalet companies' partner programmes, so the client pays the same price as a direct booking but gets the full seasonal package and an advisor for the whole period. Peak dates — the New Year package in Courchevel, Gstaad, and St. Moritz; semaine blanche in France; Hahnenkamm week in Kitzbühel — are assembled 6–12 months ahead, and the key chalets for top dates go first.
