Arranging dinner at a sought-after restaurant, a private flight to Ibiza, or a villa in Saint-Tropez with a private chef — we take on every detail so your plans come together without extra effort on your side. Your personal advisor coordinates each stage, takes your preferences into account, and sees a task through from the first request to the final result.
At the heart of SOLO.CONCIERGE is an individual approach and respect for your time. We arrange trips, restaurant bookings, transfers, security, documents, gift selection, and business meetings, adapting each service to your lifestyle and personal priorities. We work as a personal advisor, not a directory service. One manager is assigned to each client and runs their every direction — from a business-jet charter to choosing a daughter's graduation gift. A private concert by a known performer, a wedding on a glacier, a meeting with a winemaker you won't find in a search, a retreat in the Swiss Alps with a private doctor, an auction lot, the hunt for a rare piece of jewellery — if a task is solvable, our bespoke concierge service will close it: one request, one advisor, one result. The form for non-standard requests is below — describe the task exactly as it is.
Confidentiality
Discretion is part of the SOLO.CONCIERGE product, not an option. Everything we know about a client stays inside: an NDA is signed by default and without discussion, and our partners are vetted not only on quality but on reputation — they don't leak guests to the press or discuss other people's trips on social media. This is how we build a discreet concierge service: where needed, we work entirely through intermediaries, bookings are made in our company's name, and the client's name appears in no document except our internal ones.
How to Start Working With Us
The first step with SOLO.CONCIERGE is an enquiry through the form or by email. Then comes a short conversation with an advisor: they get to know you and ask a few questions about your travel style and your preferences in cuisine, hotels, and transport. After the first briefing, you receive a proposal for your current tasks and, if the format suits, you begin. The service agreement and NDA are signed before the first request.
